Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21, 1983. Maggie Grace is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. Originally from Worthington Ohio, she dropped out of high school to move to Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. Even though she had financial difficulties and in the beginning, she made her acting debut as Rachel's Room's principal character. Her portrayal as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. movie Murder In Greenwich in 2002 earned her nominations for a Young Artist Award. Grace was Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television show in 2004. She was the main protagonist for two seasons and also won the Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace quit the show in 2005 to focus on the role of a greater part in film, appearing alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in Taken.
